What experience do you have?

TED -  Born in Australia , Ted has grown up with disability as a life experience within his family, as well as experiencing significant disabling experiences personally during his life time.

Training - Ted is a trained Christian Pastor [ graduated 1988] as well as being a university graduate  Majoring in Sociology, Religious Studies, Minors in Psychology and Welfare. Along with this, Ted has training in amnay areas of disability, equality and inclusion, social role valorisation and assessing inclusive settings.

Professionally - begnning his daisability realted work in 1979, then goinfg forward in to working in residential group homes, high needs special education, supported small business, youth integration, case management, brokerage of supports, life planning, creating inclusive Christian community, networking and now broad spectrum consultancy.

TIM

 Also born in Australia, Tim has grown up wtinin Australia as a citizen of dual language and culture. He proudly holds on to his strong Dutch heritage. Tim also has prsonal experience of disability which has seeded a dep compassion and understanding of everyday struggles. He is an awesome encourager!

Professionally - Tim is a trained Registered Nurse - early 1990s, then went on to undertake Degree Studies in Community Health at Canberra University.

Tim has extensive experience in disability, nursing , community development and education, advocacy, and has a great passion for inclusive and strong life experiences.
